Hi All,
I have studied an M.B.A in australia in the year 2004, currently working with a consulting firm in India, would like to go back to Autralia and settle down, can anyone help me with the best way possible....i tried immigration options....but unfortunatley my occupation is not on the list. I am ok of coming to australia on a student...but just want to make sure I chose the right course which may get me a PR.
any help will be grealty appriciated.
Thanks,

As far as SOL is concerned, it seem like it could revised again in 2011 as per the demand in economy (Got this info from relevant resources, will share more as come to know about more).
Hope it helps !!

Ravi has placed very valuable info.
Since you happen to be at Australia you would be knowing the job market well hence you may decide the right course accordingly. Why don't you contact your University (where you did MBA) for admission which to my mind will be more convenient than seeking admission in other University.
Nevertheless, It is also requested to post your learning and suggestion at "Returning to Australia..." group as well for the benefit of other memebers.

In my opinion student pathway may not be very safe however only option in your situation. Once you arrive in here and complete a graduate/post graduate qualification/s, you may be eligible to apply under different categories depending on your points score as well as have an opportunity to locate an employment and could look at options under ENS/RSMS. I am a migration agent practicing in Sydney.
Cheers :)
