I want to create a network of SAP professionals in Australia...Anyone game? reply to me..

Hi,

I am SAP ABAP professional in India. I did my masters from Vic Uni in Melbourne in 2008. I ahve worked with brand Names like Accenture, SAP Labs, ITC Infotech and steel manufacturing giant like Jindal group in India. I am looking to form a circle of people in same profession presently employed in Australia. I want to create one group for it. How many people would join it?

The Hottest Technical Skill Right now in Market is : "BI/BW Abap" .... very hot currently and there is a shortage in the market for sure ... i am myself loooking into expanding my expertise in SAP BI/BW ... share if any one has any insights to it and good websites for it ? thanks/.

I was told that they use SAP and SAS or something for biologist or life science proessionals tooo...Is this possible to get some hands on training, and what will be the advantage of me having such training, for I find many biological openings in the administration sector asking for some basic knowledge..??????????????????????????

Hi Rachel,

sorry for the delayed response I m not really sure about the bio or life science thing but just for your knowledge..SAP is a very costly software to automate the paperwork...it's used in almost any industry and field in the world..the kind of knowledge you are seeking is of user level i guess...where you want to learn to use SAP in ur area of operation..but unfortunately you wont find that kind training unless you work in a company that's already using it...cause the training programs for SAP in places like Siemens is for making SAP software consultants...so you have to find a company already using it and then its no rocket science....

This is Suman. I have 5 years SAP experience and working as an ABAP and ABAP Webdynpro Consulatnt. Iam planning for a PR in Australia. Can anyone tell me how is the SAP jobmarket in Australia.Neither I don't have any relative living in Australia nor I have done my any education part from Australia. I would appreciate if anyone guides me.
