Oz survey :Perception Survey

WHERE IS THE CONTACT US option in this site?

Two weeks ago, I received an email from Oz( Reshma) saying that they would be sending me a gift because I was one of the first members to respond to the survey

In the email they asked me to provide my current address.

I replied back the same day. 

I have not heard back from them.Just checking if it was genuine email from OZ asking my address.

Did anyone else receive a mail like that ?
