Are Australian People Racist? And if Yes then I would say We all Are..

I have been hearing about these news now and then about racist attacks on people from Indian subcontinent.I have some questions for all those who are concerned about whether to go to Australia or not:Do the attacker says that I am doing a racist attack on you, and if yes, How many of them say that?Is India totally safe for Indians, keep aside foreigners.
