Saurabh,

I feel there are a few contradictions in your concerns.

Firstly, if you're looking  at Australia as a study destination, then I don't understand why you should be concerned with the availability (or otherwise) of PSW after a 1.5 year program? Your concern should be to come and gain a world class degree and if you undertake this study with commitment and are a high achiever, the employment and career will take care of itself - not just in Australia but globally.  When I graduated in Australia, there was no PSW nor pathways to migration. I got sponsored by an employer because of my academic achievements.

Secondly, I suggest you serious consider moving away from hospitality to an unrelated area such as SCM/ logistics. The reason being, you will have no prior work exp in SCM/ logistics despite completing a Masters programs and therefore, you will still struggle to get a PSW in the industry. But if you're persistent with your choice, my suggestion to get around the minimum 2 years is to opt for a business degree and specialise in SCM/ logistics - unlike India, in Australia you can undertake subjects in any area as part of your degree as long as the core subjects have beeb undertaken. Therefore, you can still do the 2 year masters.

But as my old blogs states - think before you act as this is a major financial and time commitment in the peak of your life. Think education NOT PSW/ PR etc.
