Australian should have jobs for international students after completion of their masters degree. Is not the duty of the University

Australian universities only know how to provide degrees. They never assure you of the job prospects after the course. i have done my masters in Health Service Management from Flinders university in 2007. later I struggled for a year and got a GP post in QLD. I worked for 1 yrs and had to leave, as my employer was not paying me. Presently I am in India and looking for jobs in hospital administrative side in corporate hospitals of India. Can anyone say if my australian degree will fetch me a job in Australia in that field. I hope no one has the answer for that. It would be better if australian universities open up branches in India also, so that we need not go so far for a foreign degree.

There are some industry placement program and campus interviews etc in the Universities in Australia. 

 

Also, to be frank, most of overseas students from India pays the high fee, for pathway to enter into Australia and not for quality of education. As much higher quality education is already available in India.
