Crook's Challa- Is it a real controversy or just another Stint

Challa Song has been there for quite a long time on the internet(more than 2 yrs) and many versions of this song have been sung and some of they are there on you tube.

We all know that this song was sung by Babbal Rai initially, and the song is based on Indians who come to Australia and work as drivers.

Now that two days for official music release of crook and a fan uploads challa sung by Babbu Mann on Rai's official page and so.. a lot of comments followed about how can Babbu Mann sing this song.

In reply to these, Babbal Rai uploads another version of Challa and says that "this track is in crook as a bonus track, but may be you will miss it in some CDs as they were made before our agreement" creating a controversy.

So what do you think who gains the most out of this Babbal Rai, Babbu Mann's song or Crook.
