Importance of Intergration with Australian Society

Days are really gone when it was hard to became the part of Australia,Today Australia has emerged as one of the most popular destinations for immigrants because of various factors such as high degree of religious tolerance, less unemployment rate(compare to US),growing economical, health standards and benefits one get once he became the part of this great land called DownUnder.

Australia is a country that has supported Multiculturalism for years (I know some of you may be not agree with me here)But it is true that Australia has got very high level of tolerance to various cultures and religions compare to other developed countries. It is very vital for students, migrants, professionals and visitors to understand the importance of  Australian way of life that means you must not get carried away and think that all the things In Australia would be as you expected when you were in your country of origin.Once you are ready to accept the change mentally, physically and spiritually then only you should think of migrating permanently to Australia.

Trick of trade is simple and that is your ability to integrate into Australian mainstream society.I agree to some degree that it is not always easy if at times you do not feel sense of belonging at all but again it was you who opted for the change and wanted to migrate to a completely new world. You need to find ways to penetrate into the local society and culture of Australia to get the feeling of self belonging. Here are some tips to help you feel being loved and to help you to integrate into Australian way of living.

1.Make friends: Make good local friends and stay away from bad influences-This would help you to know more about Australian life and will help you in long run.We all need friends and if you find it hard to make friends in city go for a drive in regional Australia-This is where you meet real Australia (i bet you will feel good)

2.Join local communities-Look for events happening in Newspaper in your city in your local communities and club,It does not  cost much to became a member of ethnic community.Becoming a member of local clubs will help you to relax and you will not feel alone.

3.Australians love happy people-make your friends laugh when you are with them do not simply sit dumb faced, initiate a conversation and make sure you stay away from topics such as culture, politics, news, religion and highly intellectual stuff.People go out to have fun and enjoy light moments no one has got time or interest to know how academically brilliant you are in your trade. In Nutshell do not act like Mr.Know all.

Australia is a great country that will help you in so many ways to accomplish your goals but you need to integrate into the mainstream of Australia.Be always positive and do not ever get negative thoughts about anyone--Good and Bad is every where it depends on you what you take from these two GOOD OR BAD i strongly believe good will attract good and bad will attract bad so Be good and be positive about life in Australia.
