NEW SOL Commencing from 01.07.2010

A legislative instrument IMMI 10/026 was introduced on 17.06.2010 to be effective from 01.07.2010. It contains four schedules of occupation to be applicable for General Skilled Migration.
Schedule 1 will be applicable for GSM applicants who applied for a visa prior to 01.07.2010 (It is same as current SOL List)
.Schedule 2 will be applicable to applicants who were the holder or applicant for subclass 485 visa before 8.02.2010 and wish to apply for a subclass 885, 886 & 487 visa before 01.01.2013. It is also applicable to applicants who were holding a a valid student visa as specified in the instrument and wish to apply for a subclass 485 visa before 01.01.2013.
Schedule 3 is applicable for applicants who wish to apply for a subclass 175, 176, 885, 886, 475 & 487 visa after 01.07.2010 visa.
