Top 5 tips to get part time work while you are studying in Australia

Hi there

I am back again and sorry for being away for long,In this post i will highlight some important points that will help all international students in Australia to get a decent part time job but again prerequisites are only two things 1.High level of confidence 2.Good English (Very Important)

1.Attitude-You must have "Never Give Up" kind of attitude while you are hunting for job in Australia because Australians simply love people with positive attitude.Whenever you go for an interview (If you manage to get one) always make sure you are dressed up properly and have positive mindset.Do Not feel low and look into the eyes of the person while responding as this would ensure a high level of confidence and truth.

2.Remember the golden rule of sales "Telling is not selling" so only answer what you have been asked to answer e.g Why do you only want to work with us- Simply say " I just want to move on (If you are changing employers) and explore other opportunities as i believe i would be a great asset to your company"

3.Be honest-Being an International student is not bad in Australia-Tell them you want to strike a balance between your studies,At this stage you should tell them your USP and give them reasons explaining why they should hire you?

4.Start at grass root level-If you want to be very successful then you should start at grass root level of your prefered functional expertise area and please do not hesitate to opt for a job such as Door to Door sales man or simply a Delivery boy because this would help you in integrating into Australian society and you will understand Australians behavior at a level where you will feel being loved and accepted in Australian society.

Australia is a great destination to live and gain work experience -Be Positive and do not feel bad if you ever face troublemakers -Understand you are in different country and you got to change yourself and you are the one who got to understand Australian way of living.

5. Think local be global- Make as many as local friends and try to mix yourself into Australian culture,You should give reasons to your friends to support you-spread your global reach by interacting with local communities and you can do this by simply making friends of different nationality (Australia is a gold mine to make immigrants friends) A little bit of humor goes a long way
